OUR VISION
Provide pastoral care for all workers, starting before dispatch
and positioning, continuing during the ministerial journey and still
preparing the person and family for the end of their career:
OUR MISSION
Provide proactive pastoral care (Psalm 23 reveals that the pastor is
always looking for the best pasture for his herd) instead of intervening
only when there is a crisis;
Encourage wholesome healthy living (i.e. promote the 10 areas of care)
rather than reacting to relieve symptoms. “Take care of yourself” (1 Timothy 4:16)
it is an urgent call and a constant requirement for “a good race” (1
Corinthians 9.24-27);
Serve alongside every worker, regardless of where they are serving,
so that each person and family completes their calling well (Acts 20.24;
2 Timothy 4.7);
